Submit your site for the StOP award. After your site has been reviewed, we will email you if you have won. Don't be disappointed if you do not get a response immediately or not at all. It might mean you have not won, or it might mean the CCCP is too busy to consider further award requests (this happens at times). If you have not gotten any response within 2 weeks, you might want to try again.

Also, if you don't ge a response asking for the Golden StOP award, it might make sense asking for the Silver StOP award instead.
